OFFICES

Spread over 2 floors, TECNOAGUA centralizes all its departments in a single building to provide better customer service, ensuring greater agility and speed in handling any inquiry.

TOOLING WORKSHOP

TECNOAGUA has a large tooling workshop that allows it to fully develop its own molds and provide maintenance support for those in use.

INJECTION LINE

Along nearly 100 linear meters, around 25 injection machines are perfectly aligned, with the highest-rotation molds placed at one end to ensure maximum speed and coordination in the workflow.

SEMI-FINISHED STOCKS

Located next to the machines is the stock of semi-finished products, with capacity for more than 40,000 baskets of injected components, which still require handling before becoming a finished item ready for sale.

ASSEMBLY

TECNOAGUA carries out 80% of its production through manual assembly stations, ensuring greater quality control of the product. However, they also use semi-automatic processes to speed up assembly and maintain competitiveness.

CODING

Adapted to the new market demands, more than 95% of TECNOAGUA’s products individually include their corresponding EAN13 BARCODE. To achieve this, they use state-of-the-art machinery and have a specific area for manual labeling.

FINISHED PRODUCT STOCK

TECNOAGUA has an initial stock of finished products, separate and auxiliary to the logistics warehouse and order shipping area. This warehouse can hold over 2,000 Euro pallets and ensures stock availability for all catalog product families.

LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE

With a capacity of over 5,000 Euro pallets, TECNOAGUA has a new logistics warehouse—separate from its production area—opened in March 2019, allowing the company to continue meeting growth demands and the need for rapid supply.

SHIPPING

This area marks the end of the production process, where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. Orders are carefully prepared—palletized, shrink-wrapped, and easy to identify upon delivery. All of this is carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible, thanks to over 500 m² of dispatch space and dedicated loading docks.
