TECNOAGUA has a wide tooling and moulding workshop that allows the company to develop completely its own moulds and to be able to maintain them in perfect condition.

In almost 100 lineal meters, TECNOAGUA counts on almost 25 injection molding machines that are perfectly aligned, and in the same line, we can find the moulds with the highest rotation rate to reach the highest rates of efficiency and effectiveness.

In front of the injection plant, we can find the stock of semi-finished goods with a capacity of 40.000 baskets. These goods will be then manipulated in order to be moved to the warehouse.

More than 80% of our products are assembled manually to ensure a greater quality control of the final product. However, TECNOAGUA also counts on semi automated processes to speed up the production in order to increase competitiveness and the responsiveness to the market’s demand.

Apart from the warehouse, TECNOAGUA counts on an auxiliary stock of final goods that works as a security stock of all the products of our catalogue. It has a capacity of more than 2.000 europalets.

With a capacity of more than 5.000 europalets, TECNOAGUA now counts on a new warehouse, that, since March 2019, allows the company to keep up with the constant growth of the demand and the exigency of our stakeholders in terms of agility.  

The last phase of our supply chain is when the order makes it to the expeditions department located next to our warehouse. A well-presented and shrink wrapped pallet that can easily be recognized and identified. 500m2 of facilities that are entirely organized in order to prepare and ship the orders the fastest way possible.
